教育经历: 1991.9-1995.7 南京大学生物系生理专业学士 1995.9-1997.9 南京大学生物系生理专业硕士 2001.9-2005.7 中科院神经科学研究所博士 2005.10-2010.3 美国乔治亚医学院分子医学和遗传所博士后 工作经历: 1997.08-1999.12 东南大学基础医学院生理系助教 2000.01-2001.08 东南大学基础医学院生理系讲师 2010.04-2012.01 美国乔治亚医学院神经生物学系及分子医学与遗传所助理研究科学家 2012.01-至今杭州师范大学钱江A类人才引进,教授 研究领域: 主要从事中枢神经系统神经元和胶质细胞发育及功能方面的研究。一、研究中枢神经系统晚期发育的关键分子机制。精神类疾病(psychiatric disorders)包括精神分裂症、双相障碍症、自闭症、抑郁症等多种脑高级功能失调的疾病,其本质是中枢神经系统晚期发育异常所致。我们着力于兴奋性突触形成和传递的细胞特异性分子调节机制,以及中枢髓鞘形成和维持的分子调节机制,为神经系统高级功能受损的疾病诸如精神类疾病提供理论基础和防治靶点。二、构建大脑高级功能失调动物模型。以转基因鼠和基因突变工程小鼠为主要模式生物,建立大脑高级功能(如认知、学习、记忆、情绪、社交能力等)失调的动物模型,以研究疑似致病基因的功能和分子机制,以及进一步筛选导致大脑高级功能失调的细胞特异性的关键因子和信号通路。
